  • Hannah (she/her), is the foundress of OH Hi Collective. She works as a holistic and systems therapist who is committed to reducing shame around sexual health through empowerment. Holding space for curiosity around our various identities is where we start on navigating our therapeutic work together. Her role as your therapist is to support and explore your world view while striving to align with your very own authenticity. As we embark on change, leaning in with compassion and compersion for your growth. Specializing in gender related topics, sexual dysfunction, and relationships and intimacy. This journey is with practical interventions to move you toward the connection to yourself and others that you are seeking.

  • Before graduating from Montana State University with a degree in Community Health, Liv found her passion for promoting sexual health as an intern at Oh Hi. While not wrangling interns for Instagram content or teaching pelvic floor and pre/post natal barre classes, Liv can be found (or not) in the backcountry with her fly rod.

  • Diana C. Smith-Lamprea is a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Mental health Counselor with a Bachelor in Psychology and experience in Neurofeedback, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, TBI, and Couples issues. Diana has lived in United States for 10 years and worked in the field since of Psychology since 2003. Diana provides a multicultural view taking into the account client’s needs and goals. Using a holistic perspective considering the complexity of the human being, mind, emotions, thoughts, past learning experiences, and their influence on a person’s current state. Creating a space that prioritizes you feeling heard and cared for.

    Diana has experience in community health clinics, working with those who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, and ages from 9 and above.

    Jenny, who spent 12 years as a counselor for a community health center before coming to Oh Hi, helps people find the courage, insight, and tools to move on and change. As a practitioner of Client-Centered Therapy, she believes in a client’s ability to overcome life’s adversities and return to their true wholesome selves. She also has dealt with life’s twists and turns and knows how a person’s life can instantly change and how a person can reclaim their life. Jenny uses therapies such as EMDR, the Flash Technique, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction to help clients – primarily adults -- with healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, chronic pain and physical conditions, and works with members of groups under societal stress such as the LGBTQ community, people with disabilities or neurodivergence.

    Jenny also serves as one of our amazing supervisors for LCPC candidates.

  • Morgan (they/them) is a MSW candidate at Columbia School of Social Work. They are particularly excited to work with members of the queer community, including those who identify as somewhere along the spectrum of asexuality. Morgan strives to support individuals in finding their own answers on their own timeline within a relational therapeutic space focused on curiosity and acceptance. They integrate a systems approach into working with individuals from various contexts and backgrounds, and they are drawn to modalities such as Mindfulness CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. 

    In Morgan's free time, they can often be found snuggled up reading sci-fi fantasy or knitting, spending quality time w their community, or you might see them playing around Bozeman's trails with their retired sled dog, Chicken.

  • With compassion and a bubbly approach, Molly cultivates a non judgemental space for clients to process challenging experiences and enhance their interpersonal relationship(s). Her practice emphasizes helping individuals and couples develop tools to manage their symptoms of anxiety, depression, mental health crises, life transitions, and relationship challenges through integrating evidence based practices like mindfulness CBT and EFT depending on the unique needs of each client. Molly’s passions include sexual health and women’s health, working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and people in open relationships or practicing ethical non-monogamy.

    During her freetime, Molly enjoys playing in the mountains, spending time with friends and family, practicing yoga, reading, hiking, skiing, and traveling.

  • Sophia Ruah is a dedicated queer therapist (she/her) with a passion for promoting open and accepting dialogue about sex, kink and the human body. Her therapeutic practice focuses on supporting the LGBTQIA2+ community, women, and couples, using modalities such as somatic processing, emotionally focused therapy, internal family systems, motivational interviewing, and the Gottman Method.

    Outside of her counseling practice, Sophia indulges her love for literature by delving into horror novels. She also finds solace in the company of her horse during long rides and enjoys the serenity of camping with her field spaniel. A self-professed renaissance/fantasy nerd, Sophia and her wife, who's a skilled jouster, traverse the US, blending their passion for adventure with a commitment to fostering understanding and connection wherever they go.

  • Queer Education Intern

    Location: Bozeman

  • Parker Day is a creative and holistic therapist that has a passion for the nuances in her client’s lives. She believes in creating a safe and non judgemental space for her clients to explore and creatively connect to their inner child, identity, sexuality, intimate lives, as well as connect with their partner on a deeper level. She also has a passion for athletes, co-parenting, breakups, and pre-marital counseling.  Her individual practice places an emphasis on the values that have been pushed on people throughout society and the power of the here and now in her client’s decision of what is congruent with their most authentic selves vs. what does not align with them. Her couples practice places an emphasis on emotional disconnection being the enemy vs. conflict. She believes in exploration and empowerment through an integrative approach based in Feminist Therapy and Narrative Therapy, with modalities pulled from Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. 

    During her freetime, Parker enjoys getting out of service in the mountains whether it is backpacking, reading a book, or writing songs. She is passionate about music and sings and writes songs for her band Venus en Vogue. You can also find her chatting with therapists around the area in her push for more accurate and accessible psycho education recording for her podcast “Bawlin’ on a Budget” for people that cannot afford therapy.

  • Abby is the Operations Manager, where they ensure the smooth running of office functions and create a welcoming, confidential space for clients. After transitioning from an internship position, Abby now manages scheduling, billing, and staff coordination, working closely with the clinical team to enhance client experiences and support sexual wellness. Outside of work, Abby enjoys practicing yoga, skiing, and perfecting their barista skills. Passionate about fostering an inclusive, empathetic environment, they are committed to facilitating seamless, professional interactions for both clients and therapists.

OH Hi Collective comprises a collection of experts in the field of sexuality and intimacy. We are driven to cultivate meaningful education, spectacular sex therapists, and versatile inters to join in on the work that we do. As a collective we value collaboration, inclusion and work to build comprehensively trained staff that take a genuine interest in reducing shame and helping people improve their relationships with others. We deliver evidence-based, medically accurate and trauma informed mental health services. As part of our team we lead with curiosity that drives professional development and individual growth to cultivate healers in our complex work.

Providers

This includes any LCSW, LCPC, LMFT and those who have recently graduated who have a provisionary license and working on their hours for licensure!

Requirements of Employment:

  • Current State of Montana Licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT or candidate license)

  • Clinical work with intention of specializing in sex therapy or couples work

  • Passion and comfort with sexual health and education

  • 20 client sessions per week

  • Collaborative and ambitious qualities

  • Commitment to anti-racism and anti-oppression in a clinical and personal practice

Interns
